Our review of 2023
A year full of highlights and successes!
We look back on an exciting 2023, which brought numerous highlights and successes. Below, we would like to share some of the moments that made this year special:
PROJECTS
We got off to a flying start at the beginning of the year with several S/4HANA and EWM go-lives. These successful projects marked the start of a year that was characterized by joint project work with our customers and partners on exciting and innovative topics.
EVENTS
Our presence at events and trade fairs was also important to us this year. As an exhibitor, we took part in LogiMAT in Stuttgart together with trimaster, were represented at two Intralogistics Network North events in Hamburg, hosted the HPC Innovation Forum in Mannheim and attended the digital SAP Discovery Day Warehouse and Transport Management. Partner events such as the Locus Robotics Customer Day in Prague were also good opportunities for us to expand our network and gain valuable insights.
TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS
The continuous development and interdisciplinary exchange of ideas between our teams is a key concern for us. In addition to the further development of the HPC project approach, our team leads organized a two-day EWM and supply chain management workshop in Hamburg this year and set up a developer get-together in Mannheim. We are also pleased that many of our colleagues have successfully completed SAP certifications in various modules.
CELEBRATIONS
Our company celebrations have once again helped to strengthen our team culture this year. From the festive HPC kick-off at Palais Schloss Wachenheim in the Palatinate to the sunny summer party in Hamburg-Blankenese and our traditional visit to the Christmas market - these events gave us the opportunity to experience unforgettable moments together.
SPORT
We have also faced and successfully mastered sporting challenges. Our runners took part in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Frankfurt and we still vividly remember the ascent to the Topali Hut in Switzerland, which is located at an altitude of over 2,600 meters. We are also delighted to have sponsored the "hpc-trimaster" multisport team again this year, which has recorded numerous victories and successes.
SPONSORSHIP
For the second time, we are actively supporting the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship at the University of Mannheim. In doing so, we not only want to strengthen our region, but also actively support talented young people on their educational path.
TEAM
Our team has grown by 10 new colleagues this year. At the same time, we were very proud to celebrate eight impressive anniversaries, with our employees looking back on up to 25 years with HPC. These many years of loyalty and experience are at the heart of our success. It is therefore no surprise that we have been recognized as a top employer by Kununu for the third time in a row.
We would like to thank our customers, partners, friends and our dedicated team for their support and cooperation during this successful year.
