Depending on the setting, a distinction is made between fault messages, warning messages or measurement document updates. The mapping of sensor and actuator data to equipment in SAP Maintenance creates the uniqueness of the transmitted values and thus the required overview.
One system for all common bus systems - no PLC intervention - without additional software in SAP
The HPC.PM&S allows you an easy entry into the topic of Industry 4.0 without intervention in your existing infrastructure and completely integrated into the SAP standard. Based on the award-winning, modular Cube67 fieldbus system from Murrelektronik GmbH, data is provided directly in the SAP system. The Cube fieldbus system from Murrelektronik offers extensive diagnostic options. A new diagnostic gateway now makes accessing this data even easier.
This solution is easy to implement, ensures transparency in the event of a fault, and enables high availability of machines and systems through accelerated troubleshooting.
Clear sensor assignment in SAP® - SAP® FIORI-MONITOR
With the SAP-certified add-on HPC.PM&S, the topography of the sensors is mapped to the equipment structure (SAP CS/PM) in the SAP system. This creates a comprehensive picture of the status of all machine and plant controls, which is displayed in detail using an innovative SAP Fiori monitor.
